My name is Imani Wilkins, also known as Imani the Solutionist. I'm a passionate Culture & Brand Strategist that really cares about business sustainability, profitability and the wellness of everyone involved.
I have had the privilege of using my skills in several industries such Real Estate Development, Nonprofit and Business Development. Over time, I have noticed patterns that were detrimental to organizations, their teams and the execution of their vision. Patterns that led to team burnout, high turnover rates, the wrong culture fit or issues with scaling.
